Semaglutide 2.4mg in Chronic Weight Management

The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) published landmark results demonstrating a mean weight loss of 14.9% alongside profound reductions in cardiometabolic risk factors, waist circumference, and systemic inflammatory markers.

SURMOUNT Trial Series

Tirzepatide Dual GIP/GLP-1 Receptor Agonism

In SURMOUNT-1, tirzepatide produced mean body weight reductions of up to 20.9% at the highest dose (15mg), compared with placebo. The head-to-head SURMOUNT-5 trial then compared it directly with semaglutide: 20.2% vs 13.7% weight loss at 72 weeks.
