By accessing and using Her Metabolic Health (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Medical Disclaimer. This Platform is owned by Tumble and Sluice LLC and is operated under a master license by unLit Publishing LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.


2. Intellectual Property & Bio-Sovereignty

Proprietary Content: All content, including but not limited to the Shared Agency Framework, "satiety rituals," research synthesis, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Tumble and Sluice LLC.


Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our research tools for personal, non-commercial advocacy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited.


Data Ownership: In alignment with our commitment to Bio-Sovereignty, we acknowledge that while we own the platform's insights, your personal biological data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any health data you use in conjunction with our personal advocacy tools.
